How was your weekend, Everybody?

Mine was pretty mellow. Didn’t get much exercise, but I didn’t eat out or anything either, for a change.

So weigh-in this morning: I lost 1.5 pounds! I’m relieved that it wasn’t another 5, since I don’t want to lose too much too fast and then gain it all back. I am also not interested in losing muscle!

I’ve mentioned the Lose It! iPhone App before, and I’ll do a more thorough review in the future, but for now I just want to remind you that it’s a wonderfully convenient way to keep track of your daily exercise and food intake. You can find it here.
